West Oxfordshire District Council formally adopted its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule on 1 October 2025. We will begin charging CIL from 31 January 2026. Any CIL liable applications will need to comply with the CIL requirements and will be chargeable. Further information on CIL is available on our CIL webpages and the Government's guidance on the Community Infrastructure Levy. Please note that the Council is not applying any discretionary reliefs.
